We’re currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Optician to join our full-time team in Saginaw. If you’re passionate about patient care, thrive in a collaborative setting, and take pride in delivering excellence every day, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients in selecting eyewear based on prescription, lifestyle needs, and facial features
  • Take accurate measurements including PD, OC height, and frame adjustments
  • Educate patients on lens options and coatings (e.g., anti-reflective, blue light, transitions)
  • Place eyewear orders and follow up with labs to ensure timely delivery
  • Perform adjustments, repairs, and fittings of glasses
  • Maintain inventory and display of optical products
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with eye care providers to ensure seamless care

Qualifications:

  • ABO certification preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in optical or retail setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records
