Dr. Schteingart joined Andersen Eye Associates in 1995. She received her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine and an Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary. She completed a fellowship program in Cornea and External Disease and Uveitis at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary.
She has published several papers and is active in the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Medical Association, the Saginaw County Medical Society and Michigan State Medical Society. She is an assistant clinical professor at Michigan State University.
Dr. Schteingart is a member of the active medical staff at Covenant HealthCare, St. Mary's Medical Center and Health Source Hospital in Saginaw.
