Dr. Farr joined Andersen Eye Associates in December of 2005. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic degree from Michigan State University in 1988 and completed an Ophthalmology Residency Program from Detroit Osteopathic Ophthalmology Consortium in 1992. Dr. Farr was then accepted into a Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus Fellowship at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky, and completed the fellowship training in 1993.
Dr. Farr is active in the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, The American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, The American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Osteopathic Association.
