Dr. Bauer-Skelley joined Andersen Eye Associates in 1999. She completed her undergraduate studies at State University in New York at Potsdam (SUNY), graduating magna cum laude in 1993. Dr. Bauer received her Doctor of Optometry from Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University and began practicing in August of 1997.
Dr. Bauer-Skelley is an active member of the Saginaw Valley Optometric Society. She is also currently working with Michigan College of Optometry Students and serves as Adjunct Faculty for them. Dr. Bauer-Skelley is an active member of the American Optometric Association and Michigan Optometric Association and the Bay City Lions Club.
Dr. Bauer-Skelley practices primary eye care, including the treatment and management of diseases of the eye as well as fitting patients for new glasses or contact lenses. She also educates patients on refractive surgery.
